EUREKA CASINO RESORT

The Eureka Casino Resort is commemorating 25 years of business in Mesquite with a $100 million multiphase, long-term enhancement project that includes a comprehensive remodel of the casino, restaurants, hotel and exterior of the property 

Gregory’s Mesquite Grill, the resort’s signature restaurant, has been expanded by 7,000 square feet and now includes a sophisticated Parlour Bar, an enticing Club Room and four private dining rooms ideal for special occasions. The menu features new twists on classic steakhouse favorites, Italian specialties and signature dishes, all infused with the restaurant's signature mesquite flavor. New items include Mesquite-Smoked Homemade Meatballs, Mediterranean Sea Bass, Honey Lavender Chicken and the White BBQ Gouda Burger. 

The resort is reinventing the guest experience—elevating comfort, style and flavor—while staying true to the warm hospitality that has made it a Mesquite favorite for over two decades. 

CASABLANCA RESORT & CASINO

CasaBlanca Resort & Casino is undergoing an extensive remodeling project valued at approximately $6 million. 

The brand-new Sky Bar opened in January with 10 large-screen TVs showcasing live sports, along with a handcrafted menu of signature drinks. The Sky Bar is open 24/7 and offers the same gaming tops as the resort’s popular showroom and Center Bar, which reopened last fall after an extensive renovation. 

Additionally, Katherine’s Steakhouse—voted the Gold Award as Best Restaurant by the readers of Nevada’s largest newspaper, the Las Vegas Review-Journal—has undergone remodeling to create a beautiful new lounge and expanded bar area, with new menu items that complement its popular food and beverage favorites. To complete the elevated experience, Katherine’s Lounge now offers live music every Friday and Saturday evenings, creating the perfect ambiance to unwind.  

As part of the resort’s enhancements, the all-new Casa del Sol fitness center offers a modern, revitalized space with state-of-the-art Matrix equipment and views overlooking the pool—providing guests with a convenient and elevated wellness experience. 

To further expand its offerings and bring exciting variety to the property’s evolving dining scene, CasaBlanca Resort & Casino will debut two new dining experiences in late summer 2025: Jersey Joe’s Diner and Ritas & Fajitas. Replacing the former Casa Café, these concepts were developed under the direction of Executive Chef Christopher Dreyer, with menus designed to deliver bold, approachable flavors that pay tribute to nostalgic and regional favorites.  

Jersey Joe’s Diner will offer classic East Coast comfort food in a 24/7 diner setting, serving familiar favorites in a welcoming, retro-inspired atmosphere.

Ritas & Fajitas will highlight vibrant Mexican cuisine in a lively setting, featuring Mesquite’s only dedicated tequila bar as a key attraction. With fresh, flavorful dishes and a curated selection of craft cocktails, the restaurant will bring a festive new energy to the resort.  

VIRGIN RIVER CASINO & LODGE 

Enjoy an all-new experience inside the updated sportsbook at Virgin River Casino & Lodge. The expansion includes several new 85-inch TV monitors, along with a huge 53-foot-by-10-foot video wall. This state-of-the-art gathering place for enjoying and wagering on horse racing and sporting events in Mesquite also includes 90 additional slot machines for the gaming floor. 

HOLIDAY INN RESORT MESQUITE 

Formerly the Rising Star, this 208-room, smoke-free Mesquite resort is currently undergoing an 18-month transformation that will include a sports bar/restaurant with a buffet-style breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as plans for a second restaurant. The pool, pickleball court and other popular amenities will remain in place for guests to enjoy. 

The resort’s renovations will also include a lazy river, outdoor poolside bar, game room for kids and new fitness center, complementing the family suites and bunk rooms for larger families and sports teams, creating an experience like none other in the area. 

HAMPTON INN & SUITES BY HILTON MESQUITE 

Formerly the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, the new Hampton Inn is also pet friendly, with free parking and is 100% smoke free. Surrounded by restaurants and golf courses and only a mile from the casino resorts, this hotel offers various rooms and suites, along with complimentary hot breakfast, a fitness center, outdoor pool and hot tub, an event room and new cocktail lounge.
