Camel Safari has nine (9) Mongolian tents (Gers/Yurts) for overnight stays. The colorful Mongolian furniture brightens the traditional white spacious tents. The experience is more like camping as travelers will need to bring their own food and water (containers are refillable on site), and no A/C or heating. Beds have non-standard sized mattresses and guests can purchase a take home bedding package for $50 (brand-new sleeping bag, lightweight pillow, flashlight, a head lamp, and a reusable water bottle) or bring their own bedding. They do have bathrooms located in another building, but do not have showers (again, like camping). They’ve added a variety of experiences like Zookeeper tours, Camel Pack & Picnic Trek, Evening Cookout, and private group parties.
