Route 59 changes to Route 389 when crossing the Arizona border. In Fredonia, AZ turn right onto US 89 (alternate). Take 89 for about 30 miles. In Jacob Lake turn right onto the Grand Canyon Highway, Route 67. Follow to Grand Canyon National Park. Total distance is about 185 miles and takes about 4 hours.
