Hours and Fees: Wed - Thu 8am – 4:30pm and Fri 7:30-11:30am (closed noon - 1pm and all legal holidays) Please arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to closing for completing marriage license forms. Marriage License Fee: $102.00; credit and debit card payment only. Blood tests are not required and there is no waiting period. Marriages are performed for couples that are at least 18 years of age. Proof of age with government issued ID is required. Both parties must appear together, in person, before a clerk at the Clark County Marriage License Bureau to obtain the license.
