Hours and Fees: Wed - Thu 8am – 4:30pm (closed 12pm – 1pm for lunch). Closed all legal holidays. Please arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to closing for completing marriage license forms. Marriage License Fee: $102.00. Blood tests are not required and there is no waiting period. Proof of age with government issued ID is required. Both parties must appear together, in person, before a clerk at the Clark County Marriage License Bureau to obtain the license. Wedding ceremonies are not performed at City Hall or the Courthouse.
